Best Spanish menu in Australia!
The incredible and imaginative¨A Trip Via Spain¨ by chef Victor Moya

Our recommendation of the month goes to the amazing Spanish menu at Ormeggio at the Spit in Sydney, courtesy of Valencian born chef, Victor Moya.
The Italian restaurant has taken a Spanish turn of late, with owner Alessandro Pavoni and head chef Victor Moya taking diners on a Northern Italian and Spanish odyssey over eleven courses.
The degustation menu is available when pre-ordered for lunch, and for all dinners except Sunday. Call ahead to book for this culinary voyage.
The menu will take around three hours to traverse and the range of Spanish wines on offer make the whole experience one not to be missed.
